Mini Pancakes Stuffed with Nutella

INGREDIENTS

Any pre-made American style pancake batter
Butter for greasing
Nutella
Icing sugar for dusting

METHOD

1.   Grease your pan with butter and heat to medium heat.

2.   Add 1 Tablespoon of pancake batter and 1/2 Teaspoon of Nutella on top of the batter.

3.   Add another Tablespoon of pancake batter on top of the Nutella.

4.   Flip the pancake and cook for a further minute until lightly golden.

5. Dust your pancake stack with icing sugar and drizzle with Nutella – enjoy!

TIP

Drizzle with an alternative such as peanut butter for a mix on flavours.
